Return & Refund Policy
At Maeve Noir, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the conditions below.
Returns
You can return most new and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
All returned products must be in their original condition and include the original packaging and labels.
Returns are processed through our overseas warehouse .
Return procedure

The return address may vary per product and will always be confirmed by email.
Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for return:
• Personalized or perishable products
• Digital files and license codes
• Products returned after 30 days of delivery
• Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged or incomplete due to causes beyond our responsibility
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used to place the order.
We will initiate the refund within 5 working days after receiving and inspecting the return shipment.
Processing by the bank or payment provider can take up to 30 days .
